Purpose of the role:
To ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant handling of administrative, procurement, and financial support processes across stores, DC, and head office.

 Role and Responsibilities:
• Insurance – Handling and processing claims, Incident reports and liaising with all parties involved. Reports are due every Monday.
• Procurement – obtaining quotes, placing orders for DC, Stores and HO (Labels, Pallet Wrap, Boxes, etc.).
• Issuing of Purchase orders
• Loading of payments & providing proof of payments
• Completion and submission of all new credit application forms (CJ & VL)
• Open new store in Pastel and create a set of GL codes according to the list (CJ & VL)
• Pack store stationery
• Maintaining Current Stores Stationery (Checking OPUS, compiling allocation report to be sent to DC)
• Order credit card machines & Cancellation of CC Machines, Handling of CC queries, faults, etc.
• Attend new store meeting every Thursday
• Store closure cancellations (CC Machines, Insurance, Security etc.)
• Tiling Allowances (Raising of Invoices and following up with payments from Landlords)
• Bank Guarantees
• Perform a 3-month reasonability check on billing for CC machines.
• Daily COD processing and loading of payments (Budgets, CODs & Month end payments).
• 20 Monthly Creditor Recons and processing
• Ad hoc tasks to be communicated via Accountants/Finance Manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualification and experience:
• Grade 12 essential
• 2 years of admin and procurement experience
